When a referred order is paid, your commission is earned. Track everything in your dashboard.
Programme terms
- Commission: 15% of the amount the customer actually pays (after the discount, excluding nothing else — prices are shown excl. VAT).
- Customer discount: your personal code gives your referred customers 10% off their order subtotal. Codes cannot be combined.
- Attribution: a customer is credited to you when they use your code at checkout, or open your referral link (pepteria.com/?ref=YOURCODE) and order within 30 days. The code is pre-filled automatically.
- Commission becomes earned only once the order is paid (bank transfer received). Orders awaiting payment show as pending.
- Cancelled or refunded orders earn no commission; if a refund happens after payout, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
- Self-referrals (using your own code) are not allowed and are rejected at checkout.
- Payouts are made by bank transfer once your earned balance is at least €50, normally monthly.
- All buyers must register, sign the researcher declaration and pass Pepteria's verification. Products are for laboratory research use only.
- You must not make medical, therapeutic, dosing or human/animal-use claims, and must not present products as medicines, supplements or for consumption. Violations lead to suspension and loss of unpaid commission.
- You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship to your audience. Paid search bidding on the Pepteria brand is not allowed.
- Research STEM OÜ may approve, reject or suspend affiliates and update these terms with notice.
