All Pepteria Laboratories products are supplied for laboratory research only. A verified researcher account and a signed declaration are required before any order can be placed.

• I declare that the name and surname provided are true and correspond to my legal identity.
• The information I have provided regarding my identity, organisation and intended use is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge.
• I am of legal age and legally able to enter into this contract, on my own behalf or on behalf of the organisation I represent.
• I am purchasing from Pepteria in a professional, scientific, laboratory, institutional or research-related capacity.
• The products purchased are intended strictly for research use only and are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, diagnosis or treatment.
• I acknowledge that all products supplied by Pepteria Laboratories are not medicines and not dietary supplements.
• I confirm that I will handle, store and dispose of the products in accordance with applicable laws and good laboratory practice.
• I will not resell, redistribute or otherwise supply the products onward, and I will not administer them to humans or animals.
• I am responsible for the import rules, permits and licences applicable in my own country, and I accept that an order may be refused or cancelled if verification is unsuccessful.
• I understand that Research STEM OÜ / Pepteria may perform KYC/KYB verification and proportionate, risk-based checks using publicly available information and OSINT tools, including services provided by INFRA AI OÜ, for compliance and customer-verification purposes.
• I agree to provide additional supporting information or documentation if reasonably requested for verification, compliance or order-review purposes.
