Choosing a Research Peptide Supplier: A Checklist
Questions to ask any research peptide supplier about documentation, testing, traceability, payment and compliance before ordering.
Documentation
Is a batch-specific certificate of analysis available? Does it state the methods used and the actual results? Does the batch number on the certificate match the vial label?
Transparency
Is the legal entity behind the shop clearly identified, with registration and VAT numbers? Are the products described in research terms rather than with medical or consumption claims? Suppliers who make therapeutic promises are a warning sign.
Process
Does the supplier ask who the buyer is and for what purpose? Are invoices issued with traceable references? These steps add friction, but they are part of supplying research materials responsibly.
