About this peptide

Ipamorelin is the cleanest growth hormone secretagogue ever developed. It triggers a strong, natural pulse of GH from the pituitary without disturbing cortisol, prolactin or appetite.

Ipamorelin binds the ghrelin receptor with exceptional selectivity, prompting the pituitary to release growth hormone in the same pulsatile pattern the body produces naturally. Because the pulse fades in under an hour, it never desensitises the axis or suppresses natural production.

The downstream effect is a steady rise in IGF-1, translating into leaner body composition, deeper sleep, faster recovery, stronger connective tissue and healthier skin. Unlike older secretagogues, Ipamorelin does not raise cortisol, prolactin or hunger.

It pairs perfectly with a GHRH analogue such as CJC-1295 for a synergistic, amplified pulse.

Key highlights

Pure GH pulse

Strong, physiological release with no cortisol or prolactin spike.

Better sleep

Enhances slow-wave sleep, where GH naturally peaks.

Lean body composition

Supports fat loss and lean tissue gain via IGF-1.

Recovery & repair

Accelerates connective tissue and muscle recovery.
